FileCenter Basic Setup (Up to 5 Workstations)
This setup package includes:
- Installing FileCenter on up to five (5) workstations
- Configuring your basic settings
- Creating your first Cabinet
- Setting up Shared Settings
- Time limit: 1 hour. Extra time will be billed at $100 per additional 1 hour block
Additionally, we can go over the following features with you, at your request:
- How to create more Cabinets
- How to create and use Folder Templates
- How to create and use Naming Options

FileCenter Advanced Setup (Up to 10 Workstations)
This setup package includes:
- Installing FileCenter on up to ten (10) workstations
- Configuring your basic settings
- Creating your first Cabinet
- Setting up Shared Settings
- Fifteen minutes of personalized training
- Time limit: 2 hours. Extra time will be billed at $100 per additional 1 hour block
Additionally, we can go over the following features with you, at your request:
- How to create more Cabinets
- How to create and use Folder Templates
- How to create and use Naming Options
- How to create and use basic Separators
- How to use basic PDF functions like Combine, Convert, Extract, Edit, etc.
- How to create and use Scanning Profiles and OCR Profiles

Optional Additional Services
The following optional services are available as add-ons for Basic Setup or Advanced Setup. Basic or Advanced setup is a pre-requisite for these services.

Data Transfer
- Moving or copying of files and folders within the Windows filesystem
- Does NOT include extraction of files from a database
- +$200 to ANY Basic/Advanced Setup
Cloud Configuration
- Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.
- Important: If the moving or copying of files is also involved, the Data Transfer service is also required
- +$200 to ANY Basic/Advanced Setup
Windows Indexing Configuration
- Set up Windows indexing so that FileCenter's Windows Content Search will function properly
- +$200 to ANY Basic/Advanced Setup
IMPORTANT: Setup Prerequisites
In order for us to be able to perform the setup services, we need the following:
- We need remote access to the computer(s) that need to be set up*
- The computers need to have Internet access
- You need to have users available to let us onto the computers
- We will need Administrator access rights to the computers
- The computers cannot be in use while we do the setup
*We have our own remote access service that we'll use; you don't need to provide your own. But we do need an Internet connection and a user on your end to facilitate the connection.
