Drag-and-Drop Isn't Working

If drag-and-drop isn't working, the most likely cause is a setting.

In the Manage tab, click the "Cabinets" button. Then repeat these steps for each cabinet in the list:

1. Select the cabinet
2. Click the "Edit" button
3. Make sure that "Prevent Cabinet Files and Folders from Being Deleted" is NOT checked
4. Click OK

This will restore drag-and-drop functionality.
